As you read this, our family is jetting across the beautiful Pacific, heading for the US where we will reunite with family, celebrate our first Christmas in America in years, and introduce America's newest citizen to his new family and country.
We can't wait to take a break (6 months in the US!) and spend some extended time with family.
But we're really gonna miss Taiwan.
I'll be posting about our US adventures as time allows.

Have a safe trip and congrats on how well everything is going with N! How does it work being away from Taiwan for 6 months? Did you guys put your stuff in storage or are you just having someone check in on your apartment?

ReplyDeleteWell, we emptied all perishables from our apartment, turned on the dehumidifiers, and hoped for the best! ;) No, actually, our next-door neighbors are keeping an eye on things for us. Thankful for them!
